We play poker most Tuesdays. For a long time, the end-of-night routine was: look at the pile of chips, argue about who bought in for how much, do messy group-chat math, Venmo someone the wrong amount, and argue again.
Check Scoreboard fixes that. You log buy-ins and rebuys as the game runs, then enter final stacks at the end. It computes everyone's net, figures out the minimum number of payments to zero everyone out, and texts each player their result.
Built it for our Tuesday group, but it generalizes to anything with a buy-in: mahjong, board games, whatever.
What's in it:
- Session tracking — buy-ins, rebuys, real-time pot total
- Automatic settlement — fewest-payments algorithm so you're not doing $5 daisy chains
- SMS results — TCPA-compliant opt-in, one text per player when the game ends
- Leaderboards — net, ROI, win rate, streak, head-to-head compare
- Analytics — cumulative P&L, monthly bar chart, distribution histogram per player
- Public group page you can share with anyone
- Photo gallery per session
- Free
